Physician assisted suicide should also be eligible for parents with children who have severe disabilities. Many children with disabilities will not be able to live independently or thrive in their communities. They live in isolation and a lot of time and money is put in for their well being. Once their care takers grow old or are unable to care for them, they might end up in a group home or institution where staff is inadequate and those who are working might not have the necessary training for a medical emergency. Would you let a child with a severe disability suffer in silence for their entire life? -

I suffer from permanent chronic disabilities's from past- cancer. I wish to leave my misery with dignity and not have to be, on social-security any longer, and not have to be tax burden on- my fellow American's... I pray you will allow a Physician assisted suicide for me now ; And end my chronic pain and dependacy from the american- people, and no longer be forced to continue living this way... My grandmother suffered from ALS for two years. She begged for there to be an easier way out rather than to suffer everyday until the day of her death. The only option for living with ALS was pain pills which didn't control anything. I would love for Physician Assisted Suicide to become legal for all of those terminal patients that just want comfort and peace.REPORT COMMENTS
