I firmly believe marijuana should be legalized its a sad day in america when we inprison our own people for possession of a natural growing plant that doesnt need any chemical processing. There are many reasons that it should be leagalized. One crime rate will drop tramendously, more job opportunities, less people in jail. When i was in fourth grade i was diagnosed with adhd. Or attention defacite disorder. After high school is when i started smoking pot. And i noticed that it helped with my adhd. And so i didnt need to use ritalin any more.REPORT COMMENTS

one problem with limiting it to 7 grams a month, well there are several problems. the first is there is no way to really keep a database on how much a person has purchased. i think there should be a quantity limit such as no more than carrying an ounce at a time, but people will be able to get more than 7 grams a month. another problem is that if people were limited to 7 grams a month then that would be tons of revenue the government would lose out on. the final problem with that is that it is impossible to overdose on marijuana, so why should marijuana have this limitation when alcohol a substance that is fairly easy to overdose on when you black out and still act under basic instinct and keep drinking end up killing yourself with. if anything limiting the amount per month should be on alcohol not tobacco.REPORT COMMENTS

I stopped drinking 8 yrs ago and at that time i only smoked weed when i was drunk. since then i have had 4 close members in my family and 3 close friends pass away under the stress and worry never did i pick the bottle back up i am also bipolar and have come to realize that herb helps keep my mood swings in check. And the most important thing is i found i was way more responsible then when i was drinking when i was drunk i lost took many many risk then when i just used herb i made it through my day and when everything was done all appointments all phone calls all driving only then did i enjoy my POT!REPORT COMMENTS
