Please don't repeal and replace, just repeal and open up the markets across state lines. I don't want or need the US Government to assist me in my health care choices.

Repeal this travesty against the taxpayer and let the freemarket work; insurance companies will re-enter the market and competition will bring premiums down.

REPEAL and not immediately replace. This needs to be done in 2 separate bills. Rand Paul / Mark Meadows need to be paid attention to. All Paul Ryan is trying to pass is an Obama - lite plan.

America is getting less and less free. This IS NOT the land of the free when I'm forced to buy something that is stupid expensive STILL (your bill didn't help) AND then I'm forced to pay an almost 700$ fine out of MY INCOME TAXES for this bull. That is NOT freedom!!! This is just another way for the government that makes high pay to steal us lower paid citizen's hard earned money. It IS a tax and not a help.

I am in Illinois and I thought this Obamacare was SUPPOSED to be "affordable". For this year 2017, affordable healthcare will be costing my family of three 16,005.94 and I cannot claim any of it for taxes because it is pre-taxed through my employer!!! How much would it be if it was not pre-taxed? That yearly amount is WAY over 10% of our household income and none of us even use out insurance!!! That is was really aggravates us! My last paycheck showed that I am paying more for pre-taxed health insurance than Uncle Sam takes out for tax deductions. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS and robbery !!! HELP US LITTLE GUYS OUT TRUMP and make America Great again!!!! OBAMA declared CHANGE for us and that is all I have; CHANGE in my pocket.

Americans being alive so that politicians can sell their health to lobbying insurance companies is immoral. The shear principal that you put so many limitations on attaining this yet the penalties are so high. You hold a gun to the head of the people if they don't pay a corporation that lobbies to you, we all know lobbying is the new legal bribe system. So those that refuse you take the money they have paid in, those that obey make your accomplices rich. You have all the answers to why it works yet when someone asks you a question vaguely it's for our good. Taxation without representation had severe ramifications congressmen and senators, and while some of you see this as nothing there are those who will fix what you have broken and you will pay more than the people.

I can't afford heath care, so now im being penalized? How is it legal to tax someone for not being able to afford heath care in the first place? I would love to have quality heath care if it was affordable. But that doesn't exis. A yearly tax and I get nothing in return? No benefit to me?

Healthcare is too expensive in the US. But the way to fix it is to restore healthy competiition in that industry, not make it even more expensive by another tax and spend policy like the Affordabe Care Act does. The ACA fakes success by declaring how many more people are "covered", when really, thousands of hard working middle-class families are facing increased premiums and staggering deductibles. That's not "covereed". Furthermore, others are facing fines in addition, which is also not "affordable." Additionally, the ACA innapropriately lumps additional tax burden on the very wage earners who have already shouldered the highest tax rates all-along before ACA. The ACA is not a solution at all. It is a tax and spend plan that kicks the real problem down the road, fakes success and innapripriately hurts the middle class and the most prolific wage earners. It also continues the pattern of a rigged system where pharmaceutical and insurance companies continue with their bloat and price fixing. Lets really fix healthcare and start by repealling the ACA.

Being penalized by the IRS for having this useless, high-deductible, so-called insurance plan. Should have declined this crap altogether, rather than having to pay back the subsidy. Would have been cheaper. They'll either get their money with an unaffordable premium, or you pay back the subsidy at the end of the year. They'll still get it one way or another.

The Republicans are making excuses about repeal and replace. At least repeal the tax penalty while a replacement plan is formulated. It was unanimous that the ACA plan was bad legislation and we voted these candidates in on their promises to repeal - so leaving the tax penalty in place shows dishonesty and lack of credibility. Good reasons to vote them out and start over unless they take action.

This program is a failure because people who can't afford insurance before can't even afford obama care and if you can't afford it you will be penalized. Also the this program makes the obama look like a dictator more than ever. The US economy is a competition based economy this program eliminate options to pick when it comes to insurance forcing people to pay high premiums and taking taxes out of my pay check for a program that has failed instead of trying to improve out country.

Unconstitutional! Unaffordable! Even if the price goes to half it is stll unaffordable! The only way it would work is to up the minimum wage! The people that need this the most cant afford it on a minimum wage. Want to help the economy? Up minimum wage two dollars and see what happens!!!! Obamacare is still way to unattainable for most and to some its just unattainable. $????
