Allow Pres. Carter to debrief Congress on his findings in Palestine.

It's so important to be well informed and to consider all sides of an issue. President Carter's insight is invaluable.

If you can allow the President of a foreign country address congress, you can certainly allow a former President of THIS country address congress. President Carter's message is greatly needed in Washington.

As a formerly Republican voter, I continue to lose faith in the party that claims to represent family values, fiscal responsibility, and Christian principles as a I see no actions that support this from the current Republican "leadership". Blank checks to Apartheid Israel, wars of aggression fought for corporations under the pretense of spreading "democracy", and the resulting blowback from the U.S.'s constant meddling in the affairs of sovereign nations, all of which funded with my tax dollars while social programs at home for veterans and the poor suffer, have lost the Republicans my vote until such time as I see a change in behavior. Allowing President Carter a platform to address Congress, televised to the public, would be a good step in the right direction. Certainly if a leader of another nation such as Netanyahu can address Congress and the American public, a former president of our great nation should be allowed to do the same.

Let's learn, and gain balanced perspective, from an experienced former President, our current international Statesman and Peace Ambassador, President Jimmy Carter, now! His insight is invaluable and critical at this point in time! Bring him in to speak to Congress, now!!!
