Relocation to a safe area of this country would be an answer to this issue for the horses and burros!! However helicopters should play no part in any kind of roundup ever again!! An amendment needs to be brought forward that will alter or repeal the "Burns Rider"....this stealthy, scandalous amendment by Conrad Burns made it possible to create conditions that would "sell" wild horses for as little as $10 bucks a head if they receive "3 strikes" and/or 10yrs and older. Tom Davis got 1700 wild horses thanks to "Burns". ??? Where do you think they went?? Especially since he sent many to Mexico......REPORT COMMENTS
