this will have unintended results and will cost much more than it appears.. especially for those on a fixed "income" it could very easily cause banking balences to force an overdrawn. situation.for those that are close to the edge of survival making the situation worse for them.as ofright now we" my wife and I barely have enough to make it through the month. with no refief in sight, no COL for that last 2 yearswhere everything has gone up up up.we are going down, down, down.
