HR4646 is another example of how government would not only steal from its citizens; but open the door to dictatorial control as is Obamacare. People are going to avoid banks ans resort to barter. Don't enact it!

Are you kidding me. Lets give them even more funds to misappropriate. So they tax us on our paychecks and now they want to tax us for cashing them. These are officials that we have elected that are sticking it to us. What a country.

Once again leave it to a Democrat to figure out how to tax everything to finance their rediculous spending. Servicemen and women along with all government retirees will not go along with this rediculous tax. What's next, taxing all the apples that fall off my tree? Remember the idiots that vote for this during the next election ... oh wait, they get a retirement check whether they get re-elected or not!

Absolutely outrageous !!! How could this bill even get introduced ? I plan to vote agai nst every incumbent now in office. The government has no right to impose any kind of user fee or other form of taxation on my financial transactions . Why not go after all the government officials and retirees who pay no taxes on their fat cat incomes and retirement benefits. I hope all those idiots who wrote and support this HR4646 burn in hell !!!!

We as a people need to stop the sneaking in additions to bills congress is proposing by limiting the bills to only "one" item for each bill. Notifying our state reps about this and flooding them with emails and letters is the only way to get their attention about this and also making phone calls to their offices in DC and state.
