Felon I know beat the crap out of the boyfriend his wife brought home, and then "stole" back property that woman and her lover stole from him. Crimes of passion if you will. Nobody died. Wife and lover live happily ever after. Felon though, did his time (under 3 months in prison!) and has been clean since, yet due to the felony...nobody will hire him. Has worked self-employed jobs since, but with the economy, struggles more and more every day. When people with "perfect" records can't find jobs and turn to crime....what is a felon to do? If you don't pass this bill, make sure you pass one to build bigger jails/prisons.REPORT COMMENTS
