I hade my felonys expunged from the state of Arkansas but I can never get my rights back to hunt or carry a conceiled gun license. I work on the road and travel from town to town only to be subject to getting robbed. If only there was a way to get all my rights back as a normal person. It would be great.Oct 30th, 2012Someone from Mena, AR signed.

As a convicted felon I also agree everyone deserves this chance to be able to live their life the better way without their "record" determiningREPORT COMMENTS

I believe in rehabilitation. Good People make bad choices and as long as they realize their mistake serve the punishment they should be able to start earning their privileges back. these people have so much to offer. they can help others before they get into trouble. As a Christian Nation these epople deserve foregiveness. If the laws don't change these people have a hard time changing. The thought process is they now have this label cast on them and can't seem to find a break so their only alternative is to re-pffend to survive.REPORT COMMENTS

I am a 74 year old grandmother, whose son made a bad decision to sell steroids. He admitted his mistake, and in 2008 was sentenced to 3 years probation. He served his probation and paid his fees. That was his one & only criminal offense. He is supporting his 13 year old son by doing odd jobs, and that just doesn't meet their minimal needs. He is a very smart man, he just made a very bad decision. This one bad decision has cost and is costing he and his son dearly. I try to help them all I can, but my income is limited. I wish you guys would pass this bill and give my son another chance to prove that he is not a dangerous person. Just someone who made a bad decision.REPORT COMMENTS

What about those falsely charged by police as assault on officer...with no evidence at all to support this charge? Who speaks for them? No one. Cops lie. Cops assault. Nothing is done to them.REPORT COMMENTS

Please sign this bill, I was granted by Mark Warner in Virginia 2005 Restoration of Voter Rights, Applying now for a Governor Pardon which puts a P on my non-violent criminal record. President Obama said Michael Vick of his violent crime to animals should be given a second chance, non-violent ex-offenders should be given that to!!!REPORT COMMENTS

We are struggling out here!! No one will hire you with a criminal record. It's been over ten years since my conviction and have not been in trouble since. We want to work and stay on the right track. It's impossible with this economy. Please pass the bill.REPORT COMMENTS
