We need to make all shelters everywhere become all no kill shelters. Stop making the animal pay for what the owner didn't end up doing. I think that if a person that has abandoned their animal is put on a do not ever adopt to list then we wouldn't have this problem. I also do believe that the person that abandons an/a animal at the shelter should be forced to deal with the finances of that pet until they are finally adopted again to where they end up finally having that knowledge that they are in a loving, compassionate, safe, understanding, forever home and that they are not going to eve be given up. Make all shelters all no kill shelters everywhere and strengthen the laws and make animal cruelty a Class A felony everywhere "Hands Down"REPORT COMMENTS
