Close down your HIGH KILL shelters. None are given enough time to be adopted they are very quick to KILL them .. I know first hand about how little time an animal has between being given to a HIGH KILL shelter & when they KILL THEM. STOP THE KILLING NOW! How many animals you read lately who have survived being KILLED how many do not get discovered & linger dying slowly under hundreds of bodies to suffocate or be CRUSHED in a garbage truck or do they incenerate them alive???
