H1B VISA FILING
Dear Congress this petition I am creating because I have seen a lot of fraud in H1B visa filing. I was a student doing second masters from the USA accredited university having 7 years of STEM experience of national interest which will help to US economy and I am helping from last four years to US economy partially by spent 150 thousand dollars from last four years.
people don't have any degree from the USA, don't have genuine experience and not even helping to US economy, they are approaching some consultants and other monster tech companies coming here to usa over H1B and after that, they are being filed for Green Card and of course, they will be citizens.
But who are already here as a student with their families spending thousands of dollars they begging on roads and facing extreme hardship.
people putting their fake experience on their resume and having back-end support from third-party clients cheating US government whatever you name it.
please stop immediately taking H1B applications from all other countries, First give H1B visas to already stying in USA students or people, then bring from outside, we are not resolving the issue here moreover we are creating more issues and more waiting periods on H1B visa like a lottery system, genuine people are struggling here.
