First time non-violent offenders deserve an opportunity to make a life for themselves. Making it more difficult for these individuals to do so only further increases the chance they may commit a second crime - as they many lack other alternatives to provide a way of life themselves. Everyone makes mistakes and should be given the opportunity to redeem themselves for these mistakes. At the very least, they deserve the right to provide for themselves.REPORT COMMENTS
