I am in a group of Dv2021_non_plaintiff_winners consisting of more than 500 individuals. We haven’t been involved in the complaints as we trusted the KCC for being invited to an interview since we had received the Doc email right after filling out the DS 260 form. In addition, most of us have not been adequately informed by the complaints and court.
Most of us did not know about filing lawsuits and hiring attornies.
Now, we feel oppressed that only the plaintiffs have been included in the judge’s decision. Whereas, most of us have received the DQ letter. Furthermore, lawyers deny filing a complaint about us due to passing the FY deadline.
Please give us a chance and save our American dream.
