there are too many lifers that should have been home a long time ago, they have petty infractions that are extending their sentence. yearly cost to house an inmate if over $50,000 yearly, Tax payors are paying and extra 3-5 years or more for an inmate hanging a wet towel in his bunk to dry that is $250,000 more out of tax payors pockets, or another got 3-5 years because of an infraction in the visiting room for walking with his wife and putting his hand on the small of her back... Really.. .it is time to let these inmates out, it is ridiculous for the state to keep them incarcerated for these types of infractions, it was nothing violent, or even against the lawREPORT COMMENTS

If they have servred their sentenced time, have not had any violent incidents while incarcerated , and they have done their self help classes let them come home.
