I've always heard The courts used to sometimes give a felon a choice, prison or the military. now i hear the government uses the military for guinea pigs in testing vacanations on them without their knowledge and that many military personel are dying or very messed up as a result. I have not charges or convictions. However, I have had the misfortune to see the inside and outside of the " rehabilitation " processes of NY state.
