Having served in iraq. I know how vital it is to have good communication with people back home. This is crap. The AFFES stores helps pay for stuff like this on base. Why are they not using that money for that?REPORT COMMENTS

This is ridiculous! After all of the sacrifices they and their families at home make, the least we can do is not make them pay to connect to their families back at home.REPORT COMMENTS

Having a connection to family drastically reduced will have a cascading effect on morale, which probably isn?t factored on the same balance sheet as cost savings on limiting internet expenses. Moreover, families arguably make the greater sacrifice when they leave spouses at home to manage families without help. Asking them to sacrifice even more is unreasonable. This plan to reduce access to family will have a drastic effect on them all. There isn?t a single decision that will have a greater negative impact on the morale and welfare of both deployed service members and our families. Decisions like this simply put even more burden on the service member and their families. Maybe this decision will be reversed to better accommodate the needs of our collective military family.REPORT COMMENTS

Please don't allow this to happen to these men and women that are putting their lives on the line for us. They need to have the ability to have this service so they can connect with home. Not only for the soldiers, but for their families who are so sacrificing their time with their loved ones. We are America... The greatest nation in the world. Can we act like it please!?!REPORT COMMENTS

Free internet is the least we can do to help the service men and women who put their lives in danger to keep us free. Additionally it's s huge comfort for both the deployed and their loved ones to stay connected.REPORT COMMENTS
