We are raised to believe in the constitutional protections upon which this country was founded, still matters; that the "system" is just and honorable, but like any system, not perfect, and thus, occasionally, someone falls through the cracks. That is, until one learns that this crack is wider than the grand canyon..Woe unto these scribes and pharisees..for they hath turned the house of justice into a den of iniquity. At minimum, unequivocally, a full, fair and meaningful hearing/inquiry, by a fair and impartial tribunal should be commenced forthwith, with respect to Ms. Luna and the egregious deprivation of her inherent rights; Her son, Andy G. Garcia, should be granted habeas corpus; and, he son Carlos Valentin (God rest his soul) should receive an honest inquest, with full investigation of all matters appertaining thereto.
