The "penalty" in cost mentioned above does not include increased co-pays and deductibles of FEHB compared to TRS. How bout get rid of these dumb programs & let us be able to use the federal medical like as on active duty. we are still paying for it every month out of our check but are only able to use these if on duty for those 2 days a month. so we get charged the same as on active duty but only allowed to be covered for 2 days a month. thats bull shit.REPORT COMMENTS
