The family court has been used as a GUN to make sure I am destroyed/judicially assasinated... for exposing EXPLOSION ATTEMPTS/contract thefts/counterfited Canadian T&M parts 2 of 3 and T&M parts 3 of 3 of a THRE PART agreement....worth $8Million...at an international Alliance SADDLE PIPELINE facilities projects...and the primary perpetrator escapes the jaws of justice for historically stealing lucrative agreements under IBEW#176 Lynn Fieldman.....So I was on front page of CHICAGO SUN TIMES EASTER SUNDAY as Illinois Most Wanted Deadbeat Father#2 article by Abdon Pallasch whom has direct evidence of Judicial Bribery too...trying to collect $800k which primary perpetrator placed their people onto Construction Managers team to hurt me...historically...cost over $5Million in all assets and in debts $2Million....Chicld Support people remove my picture off of their internet when they saw direct evidence of judicial bribery and direct evidence of explosions attempts and arsons at Alliance High Pressure Gas Extraction SADDLE facilities projects....still homeless next to being multi-millionaire....owe child support around a net of $620,000.00 and gross is around $2Million plus.Mar 31st, 2013Someone from Louisville, KY writes:
There is no real oversight for Family Court Judges. Appeal, if one can afford to pay for it, can only overturn matters of law. A bad decision made by a family judge may not necessarily be outside of the law, but can certainly ruin lives. Family Courts offer no viable mechanism of law for safeguarding against poor judicial rulings available in other "courts of equity"(such as trial by jury). Without similar procedural options such as those available for other civil matters, Family Court becomes a system that inevitably fails to protect individual rights in an equitable manner. For this reason, Family Court is effectively an autocracy. The Judges simply have too much power.REPORT COMMENTS

The judge in my case is unable to make a decision. She sent the parents to counseling for 4 months. The counselor testified that the mother has psychological that are causing harm to the child. The judges answer was to send the child to counseling now instead of taking any actions to stop the mother or take custodial rights away from her. This has been going on for over 2 years now. Due process in family court definitely needs to be addressed and changed.REPORT COMMENTS

My experience in family was nothing short of discusting. After being herded in like cattle for slaughter, 6 (fathers at one time entered the court room and were ordered to sit down and told to wait to be called. One by one they stood up as the Clerk read their obligation to pay child suport and how much they were in arears. Without allowing any of the fathers to state their case, the judge after belitteling them and scoulding them ruled that they were willingly not paying childsupport and gave some of them 30 days to purge the owed amount or go to jail for 90 days. About half of them were taken to jail then and there. I could not believe what I was witnessing. So not only were most of these poor fathers strugling finacially already, now they are thrown in jail which takes away their ability to work, puts them in even more dire straights. As for me I had just emerged from reorganizing my small business and got out of bankruptcy just two months before. The reasons are the same as they are for millions around the country.....the terrible state of the economy. I did everything to digg out from under this finacial nightmare and was able to chatch up on owed child support in a hurry with just $ 1500.-- left. As with all the other fathers I was not allowed to say or explain anything. The judge said to me and I quote " I am going to make this quick with you.... and ruled I had to pay up in thirty days or go to jail for 90 days. I could not believe the ignorance of this court. Here I am struggling to make ends meet as a single full time dad of my 14 year old daughter, doing everything I can to keep my business going, to create jobs in this very difficult business environment and I am treated worse than a common criminal. Why worse......because bank robbers, murderers, child molestors....etc....all of them are allowed to present their case and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. What a disgrace. I sincerely hope this will get to the right people in Washington to bring about some serous change as well as hold these judges accountable.REPORT COMMENTS

From what I've witnessed in family court, one party(usually the mother) can make false accusations and receive no punishment when it is discovered the accusations to be false. Furthermore, even when the claims are deemed unfounded, they are still used against the father to deny visitation. It is not unlike finding someone not guilty, but then sending the innocent person to prison anyways.REPORT COMMENTS

The birth certificate is a certificate of existence for a registered organization (govt agency) created when the state claimed to have found an infant of unknown parentage (KRS 213.046 and 213.051) your child is the "capital goods" which is the surety for the debt the UNITED STATES borrows from the federal reserve and the creditors of the UNITED STATES claim your child as the collateral of the organization. This is capitalism. your children back the national debt. your children are being seized as the collateral for the debt. guess who funds your "benefits". privately owned companies. I have a document issued by kentucky which list a 13 year old boy as commercial and industrial machinery and equipmentbelonging to the "organization" which is the property and franchise of UNITED STATES, inc. the reason you dont get any due process is because the family court operates under the UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE and the creditor is seizing the asset because the US is bankrupt. wanna know who is behind taking your children, ill tell you, its the creditors of the US, and the creditors who provided you with "benefits", the private companies that fund social services, ok. here in kentucky it is the United Jewish Federations of North America. this is not a conspiracy theory, it is a fact. and I have the evidence to prove it.REPORT COMMENTS

Ordered to pay $2100,-- rent while unemployed recieving $1600.-- Undefined payment not considered child support, then ordered to pay child support on top of that. For 3 years all motions against the order were delayed by the court or passed off to a future judge for one reson or another untill a Judge rulled its too late it should have been appealed 3 years ago and I am out of time. So I am getting deeper in debt because of an arbitrary decision that was made with out findings, or Ability to pay hearing.REPORT COMMENTS

My sister lost her children to the state of N.Y.without due process, and in direct violation of federal laws of Americans with disabilities act. even the state admitted it on record, but there is no recourse for reversible error in Family court. Family courts are not accountable to anyone not even ON appeals. A single judge ( often the same judge) responds to ALL appeals about his decisions. This is a mockery of justice in of itself. There is no justice where justice can not be questioned unbiased. this is long standing American law and what founded the basis of the appellate court systems in American Justice.
