I am 64 yrs. old and live in Baltimore, MD. I am what I've learned is a "Targeted Individual." My targeting surfaced in 2005 while employed with the law firm Hogan & Hartson in Wash., DC (now named Hogan Lovells); however, from inexplicable and unprovoked incidences in my life, I believe I've been targeted since a child and that a type of secret program in this country has been operating and being perfected for decades. Incidences that occurred before 2005 seemed to me to be simply "bad luck"; however, in 2005 it was made plain and clear to me that things that were happening to me were being deliberately done. While working at the law firm a female lawyer there made a serious mistake with a client that she attempted to blame me for. I would not take the blame and refused to work with her thereafter. Shortly afterwards, eerie incidences of pedestrian and vehicular stalking and surveillance began while on my job and also after leaving the premises of my job. It seems to me that from that instance of my not taking blame for something that I did not do, coupled with the fear of Hogan & Hartson's management possibly believing that the mistake of the attorney could get back to the client and also be rumored throughout the firm, is the reason for my targeting. To date, the stalking and surveillance continues but has been joined with puzzling pains and sensations to my body, thoughts to my mind which I discern are not my own, some kind of "forced sleep," artificial "ringing" and other sounds to my ears, stealthy entries into my home (it seems as though someone else has keys to my home [no matter how often I have them changed]), stealthy entries into my car, multiple robberies in my home, vandalism, staged vehicular accidents, one incident of PIT maneuver done to me, landline and cell phone monitoring, and computer hacking along with tv hacking, among other things. To look at the aforementioned occurrences one would suppose that I was a terrorist or a criminal being tracked and monitored. It is my belief that in some way the U.S. government and local police are involved with this targeting of innocent people simply because of the sophistication and apparent networking involved. Why choose innocent people? Why is it that these "government-paid criminals" have no oversight? Targeted Individuals are already paying a debt we do not owe by being placed in a covert program with no consent given. Why should we also be subjected to theft and vandalism? I am a person with no criminal record who truly loves God and family. What is happening to me and to others is immoral and satan- like. It is an unjust and horrendous way to live and a nightmare from which I'd like to wake up. -

I am aware that I'm not a threat to the United States, nor a threat to Any Citizen. I have been silently harassed by Government technology (Voice of God weapons or Synthetic Telepathy. I've noticed that my phone calls, notifications and Uber apps have been filtered. My bank account has been fluctuating also. I've notice that because of my present confidence and Trust in Jesus Christ, I've been attacked with data stored from past fears, secrets and pornographic memory, which I'm being interrogated remotely by a computer and through the use of the people (Strangers) surrounding me. In the privacy of my car or room, I can hear responses to my thoughts on the outside of the vehicle or room, with my windows shut. I've seen people act out my insecurities on the street or talk about my negative thoughts towards someone. I've noticed that conversation changes, depending on the radio station I change to, in regards to listening to hip hop or r&b. The use of Homonyms and Homophones are also use to keep me nervous, not knowing if the use of the word means life or death. I've been also told humiliating things, like masterbate in order to get peace again. I have been to psychiatric facilities where I've explained my issues and have been coached to believe that its a chemical imbalance within me, but after searching the internet I noticed there are patents and many whistleblowers that say this technology definitely exist , which manipulates the minds of thousands in the USA and abroad. I've Emailed and Contacted the Anne Arundel Police Station,NAACP, FBI, NSA and Department Of Justice. I have not received any response from the people that are sworn to protect and serve me as a Law Biding Citizen.REPORT COMMENTS

There was a guy in Chicago Illinois a few years back that kidnapped and brainwashed 3 girls it was on national news they were strong armed physically and held for over 10 years by the time your agency and local law enforcement agencies sentenced the guy he got several life sentences for what he had done. Someone has been using electronic Harassment cognitive neuro electronics on me since 2011 everyday from wake to sleep, and stating that the "law" cannot do ANYTHING. I want and ask that your agency can prove that wrong.....how can we report it to the proper places to get it investigated I heard ethics will but not sure how much, fbi logs the info but we need a investigative branch does anyone know? I have been targeted for 10 years now. What began at work, coworkers instructed to intimidate me, has now become 10 years of gangstalking. Methods used range from neighbors instructed to honk their horns when I go outside to have a cigarette, to methods only those who experience this would believe and understand. The most recent: I have been on a dating app named Badoo, and the government gangstalkers are contacting the women I speak with and instruct them to either stop talking to me or using their account and/or text messaging to harass me. Many accounts on Badoo in my area were created by the gangstalkers to harass and/or intimidate me. I just learned today that this is such a widespread problem. Neighbors are instructed to block the road of my narrow street so that I may not pass. They are also instructed play songs that pertain to my life and this situation. They have been using illegal fireworks as intimidation. I was amazed to read that so many people get directed conversations, honking horns, and police/fire truck sirens. My Mother has been instructed to tell me intimidating things, and her vehicles have been vandalized. They have done and continue to do so many things that it would be difficult to describe each and every form of harassment from the last 10 years. I had a nervous breakdown at work, which forced me to quit my job and am now on medication. This is the first time I havs spoken about this to anyone at all. Coroners across the country are being fooled to think these murders are really natural deaths. It's hard to believe this is happening in the freest nation in the world??? Some victims are held and tortured for up to 30 or 40 years before being murdered. Can you imagine being electrocuted by your killers every day for up to 40 years? Then they finally kill you? That isn't all either. These killers also set you up to ruin all relationships, your job, assets etc. These murderers want the world to think you are crazy so no one can save your life. This is exactly what serial killers do to their victims. The only difference are the murder weapons used to hill the innocent homocide victims. Electronic murder weapons are hard to trace. A lot of these comments seem irrational, panicky or in "left field". However, "gangstalking", as in my case by DHS contractors & aspects of the military is very real. Many of the people on this board are desperate and are not getting the help from politicians they need. I think, at least in part, that many of the people chosen are selected because somehow they can be discredited. Either thru slander, or something in the victims/targets past. Most people simply cannot fathom that this would happen in our country. I know I certainly would not have had it not of happened to me. The goal of this program, more or less is to purge the undesirable or "target" from society. Pretty much the same as what the Nazi's did. Make no mistake, the people behind this, no matter how they want to rationalize it, are committing acts of evil. How sick could someone be to want another human, without due process, to end up homeless, dead, incarcerated, institutionalized, ect. The sad truth is that many get paid very well, and rationalize they are helping society when in fact all they are doing is committing crimes. I cannot stop what is happening to me, and eventually they will find a way to 'neutralize' me. However, I will not be silenced no matter how evil or sinister they act. What gets me is that some of the people aware of this program (DOJ in particular) know it is wrong. I can see it in their face. Yet they do nothing. At the end of the day, one can be faithful to their morals and beliefs, or one can be blindly faithful to a system. Please do not dismiss some of the people here.
