Don't Punish Patients

1. Expand HIPAA laws to 3rd parties.
2. Prohibit law agencies from retrieving private patient information including pain medication use
3. Prohibit pharmacies from profiling pain patients.
4. Allow doctors and surgeons to appropriately manage all patients, including pain.
5. Adopt the World Health Organization's "Right to be Pain Free" as a basic and inherit human right.
6. Prohibit the CDC, FDA and the DEA from overreach into patient care, especially pain management (the basic human right).
7. Prohibit any taxation on medications, including pain medications.
8. Allow intractable pain patients and cgronic pain patients refills on their monthly pain medications.
9. Punish insurance companies for denying the coverage/payment for pain medications.
10. Create and enfore a Patient's Bill of Rights including the right to privacy, and the right to be pain free.
