The DEA has officially overstepped its oversight by being able to schedule narcotics. That should be done by a separate independent agency whose funding doesn't revolve around arresting good people who are simply sick. The DEA is akin to a gestapo agency who doesn't care about Americans, simply their own pockets and budget. -

There should be support from the community with workshops 2 help educate the public on a continuous basis. I myself suffer from chronic illness. I suffer from 9 auto-immune diseases, but I am a very type of low key personality & I take & accept each & everyday on only a positive outlook. I have peripheral neuropathy, severe RA, Discord Lupus, SLE, horrible Acid Reflux, now Diabetic, alkolizing Spinal Stenosis, COPD, Sjogrens Syndrome, Very poor eyesight. Bronchial Asthma. So having suffer from all of the above plus having a titanium plate in my back. I manage 2 eat right and exercise everyday. In fact it's the Yoga & Pilates that is helping my pain daily. So 4 all of you who have pain daily start walking & do some Yoga. Stay cool even if you need to go out to work. Try not 2 stress out avoid drama in your life. Get used to caring for yourself. The DEA had 45 years & failed with their war on drugs. It seems they want to revive their war & keep their jobs so they went after the easy targets victims of chronic illness the chronic pain patients & their wealthy doctors assets they claim when they decide to raid a compassionate pain doctor that provides patients with severe pain relief. When all else has failed to relieve their pain opioid pain medications do. But are now blamed for the drug addiction & deaths of street abusing addicts. Drug abuse has been happening before pain medications were even given to pain sufferers.The drug problems will continue long after every opioid has been pulled from every pharmacy, but the destruction of families that have & will loose their loved ones from chronic pain left unrelieved that have died from complications of unrelieved pain & those that committed suicide their families pain will live on in their lives forever. All of this needless death needless suffering caused because the DEA needed a win at the cost of pain patients becoming their collateral damage. It is time to stop repeating past mistakes PROHIBITION DOES NOT WORK !! THE DEA DOES NOT WORK!! They spend more time partying with the drugs they condemn others for while hanging out with hookers. These people have no right to point their fingers at anyone they are a sham & a disgrace while innocent lives are lost innocent suffer in horrific unrelieved pain and for what? Nothing has improved all of it has only gotten worse since they started interfering once the pill mills we were all glad to see go were gone they should have stopped there. But doctors and those that are ill are too easy a target to leave alone. Even when they know they are hurting people they pass the buck to others. Time to go the way of other successful countries legalize everything let people make their own choices it worked in those countries they have less crime and less drug problems less death. Since it is clear the DEA can't even make good choices for themselves why do we continue the same way of the past when we already know the sad results of failure. The human rights violations the discrimination the DEA has brought on innocent pain patients must be stopped. Would you want to suffer in pain? Would you want your loved one to suffer in unrelieved terrible pain that will take their life in the end? How long do you think people can live in unrelieved severe pain? Disband the DEA use those wasted millions upon millions to help addicts that want help and create medications that work as well as opioids but without the risk of addiction and you will solve many of the problems. Continue the way we are at this moment and the deaths will continue. As it is now many coroners are looking into refrigerant trucks to store all the bodies that can't keep up with from pain patients suicides and o.d. deaths from the lethal Fentanyl China just so happened to flood our country with at the perfect time.
