The EPA is not Congress, I did not vote for anyone on the EPA, they do not have the right to create laws. Law enforcement is for the police, national defense is for the military, and the legislative duties of this nation rest firmly in the hands of Congress, as is the legal, and traditional LAW of this land. The EPA needs to be disbanded and destroyed. It has no purpose other than to serve as a backdoor organization to exploit loopholes, and thus create laws without Congressional authorization.
