Declaration of Alteration and Abolishment
We the people of the United States of America are hereby issuing to all elected officials in our current government a Declaration of Alteration and Abolishment of said officials who have a history of not upholding our God- given unalienable rights and (or) Constitution.
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these States; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present career politicians is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
The United States government was born with three branches of government to ensure that we would not be placed under a rule of tyranny and so the American people would always retain their unalienable rights. Political offices were never meant to be a career. Our Representatives on all levels of government were meant to serve for a time and then return home to live under the laws which they created. Allowing government officials the opportunity to remain in office for life and the salary of the elected officers more than double that of the average income of an American has led to corruption within our government. The career politicians that are currently in government positions repeatedly show disregard and disrespect to the rights and freedoms of the American people. The position has been taken advantage of in order to push personal ideas and agendas.
The current elected officials have engaged in the following;
Item: Mandated all businesses with over 100 employees require experimental vaccination that has not proven to be effective or the company must pay for weekly testing while alternative treatments are available. In direct violation of the Nuremberg code Article 6, section 3: IN NO CASE should a collective community agreement or the consent of a community leader or other authority substitute for an individual’s informed consent.
Item: The Biden administration is denying VA healthcare to all non-vaxxed veterans.
Item: Has encouraged individual counties of states to mandate and require children to wear a mask to attend school despite the documented research of the inefficiency against respiratory diseases, and dangerous side effects from prolonged mask usage and cross-contamination
Item: The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, does not deny that: 1) he deliberately aborted the legal chain of operational command-that is, violated the law-by recalibrating established protocols for using nuclear weapons in times of crisis. And he says his interventions were based on his own diagnoses (after prompting from opposition leader, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi) that the commander-in
chief was crazy, and thus could be circumvented.
And 2), in freelancing style, Milley, on more than one occasion, called the top figure of the Chinese Communist People's Liberation Army, General Li Zuocheng. He reportedly announced that his own country was currently in crisis (experiencing "messy democracy), reassuring the Chinese that if he, Milley, the newfound autokrator, sensed there was any chance of hostile and aggressive action on the part of his own country.
then on his own initiative he would tip off the Chinese in advance. And far from resigning or being fired for his Strangelovian efforts, Milley would then be hailed as a hero by the popular media and progressive civil
libertarians.
Item: The United States military in the middle of the night abandoned the largest air base in
Central Asia, after investing hundreds of millions of dollars in retrofitting the vast complex, as part of a hasty end to a 20 year presence in Afghanistan. In the last few remaining hours of our withdrawal, Americans would skedaddle to the airport, lose 13 soldiers to a suicide bomber, while guarding our final escape route, retaliate for the killing by accidentally blowing up a civilian relief worker and killing 10 of his family and friends including 7 children, wait almost 2 weeks to disclose said disaster, abandon a $1 billion embassy, dismiss 8,000 NATO allied troops in Afghanistan to fend for themselves, leave behind for Taliban terrorists some $80 billion worth of weaponry and training investment in their usage, fly into the United States some 100,000 unvetted, unvaccinated Afghan refugees in the midst of a pandemic, while leaving behind among the Taliban thousands of Afghans loyal to the U.S. mission-and likely 100-200 Americans.
Item: In the fiscal year 2021-22, how could an anticipated two million illegal aliens simply swarm the border, illegally cross
either a COVID-19 test or vaccination? Who has unilaterally decided that U.S. executive officials could forsake their oaths
continue to reside in the United States illegally, and do so in a time of a pandemic without
enforce existing laws, and simply decide nullify American immigration law?
Item: The nominal head of the COVID-19 administration task force has been forced to admit under oath that he directed the U.S. government to route, through a close associate and third-party medical group, hundreds of thousands of dollars of American research funding to the Chinese Communist-controlled Wuhan virology lab, the likely ground zero of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Item: Excited domestic insurrections amongst us, encouraged violent protests.
Item: Submission of grossly inflated bills to discourage the reading of said bills and to disguise the adding of additional fundings and regulations that do not relate to the subject of the bill being considered.
Item: Has denied the people the right to audit the 2020 Presidential Election results, and ridiculed the idea of election fraud. Az conducted an audit and important documentation was withheld.
Item: Our elected officials are not held to any standard of work ethic and regularly sleep through important decision making processes that show an utter disregard and disrespect to the American people.
Item: 30 x 30 Biden bill oppressive regulations for our farmers to stop our American farmers from receiving water to be able to provide food for the American people. The restrictions being put on Farmers as to where when and how much they can plant on the land that they own is a serious breach of personal freedom.
Item: Thousands of new IRS agents hired to track your $600 deposits into your personal bank account this tracking of deposits and withdrawals was added to the American Rescue Plan.
Item: Security assaulted Mindy Robinson, Mack Miller and other members of the public as they fought with Las Vegas commissioners over their passing of declaring free speech a “public health crisis” that they can take any appropriate action against.
Item: The stocks the members of Congress invest in and timing of investment strongly suggest insider trading. Example: stock owned in Pfizer is one of the top 10 investments of Congress members in relation to event 201 and foreknowledge of mandating vaccines.
In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. An official whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
We the people demand that any and all officials involved with stripping the American people from their God-given unalienable rights and/or our Constitution be removed from office and their positions put up for immediate replacement.
We the People demand investigations into the acts of those in Congress. Lawmakers are not above the law.
We the people demand our freedoms!

All legislation that has been passed while any existing members of Congress were in office needs to be reviewed, reevaluated and reapproved.
