Please I don't know what to do. My husband has been at fmc going on three years. Never had any problems. He has a bad heart and they really don't care for real medical issues, what I am really worried about is they have put him in the hole and he does not no why and of course I can't find any info out. Apparently you loosse all your rights when you become incarcerated. Due process goes right out the window. As a whole we need to find someone in the government to help us more goes on in this prison than we know. It can't be one voice we are democracy we need to exercise that right. If anyone can tell me about being in the hole please I am so worried and my sons are worried about their dad. Good or bad please. -

My son is at Butner, N.C and is in renal faillure, he is only 39 years old and has been swollen with fluid for a little over a month now, his weight jumped from 215lbs to 287lbs and was having troubld breathing, finally after sitting and waiting for over 8 hours he was taken by van next door to the hosital, I agree let my son come home where he will be taken care of, I don't want my son to die in a prison with people who don't care.REPORT COMMENTS

My husband went to Federal Prison 9 years ago healthy. FMC Lex for past 5 years. Diagnosed with stage 4 liver disease, diabetes and prognosis was less than a year to live. When we tried to get a compassionate release, all of his blood work aand tests showed a miraculous remission and compassionate was denied. Soon after that they added liver cancer to his other diagnoses that were also no longer in remission. Yet they deny him any treatment. He didn't receive a death sentence, but that is what they are giving him...and nobody cares, nobody listens! These men are good caring husbands, fathers, sons, brothers who have made mistakes like we all have. Crimes against humanity happen daily at Lexington, yet this is acceptable? Really?REPORT COMMENTS

My Husband has not been convicted of any crime and is a so called inmate in the Hospital for observation and he has been there since Sept. 14th and the Dr. has only seen him one time. They are not giving him his medicine he is suppose to be having. I gave them a list of what the dr's ordered him to take since he has had cancer 3 times and has only l lung. They refuse to give him his vitamines that he is suppose to take to keep from getting a cold. If anything happens to him I feel sorry for them, I will never stop until I make them Pay. He is 73 yrs old and never done anything to deserve the treatment he is receiving. He is a Christian man and has always helped so many others. He is a diabetic, and is in kidney failure. My husband is there, He is a diabetic, and had clots in his hand that will need surgery. He also had a mental breakdown upon the investigation The judge said he went as lenient on him as he could he was given 5 years for possession of child pornography that he never viewed a "friend" had put in on one of our computers we never really used and then turned us in. They threatened to take both of us leaving our son parentless so my husband plead guilty so they would leave me alone. He is declining and there is nothing I can do about it. There is a waiting list for counseling unless he is suicidal. Help.REPORT COMMENTS

My husband entered this facility with a heart condition. His health has gone downhill since he entered the system. I can not affort a federal appeals attorney and have repeatedly plead to the Judge to please send him home so my sons do not have to say goodbye to their father again. We were told he had to try for a compasionate release. Why would they grant him a compasionate release when they are recieving money to have him there. He is not a threat to society he was sentenced for possesion and distribution of child pornography. Never touched, seeked or violated a child, but because of the internet use at looking at pornography he was charged at the federal level for 12 years. Rapist get less. His lawyer took advantage of our fear and ignorance of our rights and told him it was in his best interest to take that plea with no hopes of him getting out because of the way the plea was written again our ignorance. My husband was sentenced to death basically and he is not getting proper care. At one point he flat lined thank God he has a pacemaker defibulator it is the only thing that saved him. This is a man that hardly has any strength at times he can not walk on his own, he has to walk pushing a wheelchair. If something isn't done to help these guys more and more are going to pass. They are eating food that isn't for human consumption and rat infested. The buildings are full of asbestos, but they call this a medical facility. I know it is not the Hilton but Dear God it's not death row either. We need to rally together to help these men and save their lives.REPORT COMMENTS

My son is there,he is a hemophilliac.Ricardo Dyson has blood in his urine.needs surgery for a herina,he has asthma and they won't give him a inhaler,and this been going on since 2009.The doctor there said he could wait until he is release in 20015.RICARDO DYSON IS IN PAIN EVERYDAY.I have wrote the Judge about five or more times asking him to order the surgery or release him also.HIis lawyer told him to plead guity so he could get his surgery,and ricardo plead guity,I call the lawyer and ask him when will my son get his surgery, he told me he was't Ricardo lawyer anymore and their wasn't anything he could do.
