corruption in Arizona cps/dcs
My children were wrongfully taken out of a loving non abusive family.
On November18th of 2014 my children Noah and Kaydance were wrongfully taken out of my custody without a solid reason or explanation. The only reason they had for taking my children was solely because the home. We had been staying in was foreclosed on while we rented it so we had no knowledge and no time to find somewhere else to stay in the meantime we had temporarily Been staying in a motel room and they Said that. was not adequate housing to accommodate me and my children I have never been shown a temporary custody notice they never even asked me to sign anything they just came and took my son without my consent. prior to his placement into CPS custody my son was very smart very compassionate and very loving 2 year old. ever since he has been very angry and isn't able to complete simple tasks that he was able to complete when he was only 1 years old he's recently had to remove from daycare is because of his hitting and his anger. through all this I've been treated like I was more than nothing and felt like I haven't had really a chance and I have believed that my children will not be back to my custody and it is not fair I need somebody to hear me somebody to hear my side and not just tell me what to do me and my children's mother are the best parents that I know and would do anything for her children and for them to be taken from us has been devastating debilitating and has made us socially withdrawn and angry with each other I just need some help someone from someone that isn't against us thank you.
