Elected officials need to remember they are the "employees" of their constituents. If they cannot perform their jobs in an ethical, and productive manner, then they need to be held accountable for their failures and their follies. No doctor, no nurse, no pilot, no soldier can fail to do, or walk out on doing their job without punitive redress. Congressmen/women need to be reminded that failing to uphold the law, or breaking the law has the same consequences for them. -
