Einstein says that the definition of insanity is: ?doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result?. Today, The House of Representatives voted for the 33rd time to repeal Obamacare knowing full well that it would never clear the Senate or President Obama?s veto power. According to the smartest guy that has ever lived on planet Earth, The House of Representatives is INSANE. No surprise there, most Americans already know that from the actions of Congress (or lack thereof) over the last decade. It is time for the American people to call the guys in the white coats, with the straight- jackets, and put these lunatics where they belong, in the loony bin. We should not discriminate, they all need to go and have electro-shock therapy and if that does not work, then I think it may be time for lobotomy procedures. At the very core of America?s problem is the complete and utter failure of our elected officials to get almost anything done to help the Country. We put them there, so we are ultimately responsible. It is up to us fix the problem because they have demonstrated repeatedly that they are not up to the challenge. It is time to clean house America. I?m not talking about a little dusting, or vacuuming, or even a deep Spring cleaning. I am talking about a riding vacuum sweeper from Dyson and a high powered pressure washer with disinfectant added to the spray. The biggest, single problem we face are these self-seeking career politicians that care only about getting re-elected and not much else. They simply have to be thrown out of Washington by their constituents in the next election. When Congressmen are in power for several decades, they build kingdoms of power that are not in the best interest of citizens in a democracy. ?Absolute power, corrupts absolutely?, and that is a problem for all Americans now, and in the future. This problem we face today with career politicians is a rather new phenomenon since WWII. It was not like this before then, and we need to fix it soon or we are in big trouble. The Romans and many democracies before us understood that you must have a rotation of power for things to work as designed. Much of the bi-partisanship that exists today is born in these very powerful career politicians that have invaded Washington like a cancer. The bi-partisanship attitudes that these very powerful career politicians continue to promote is why so little gets done today. They are a malignant cancer that must be removed, and we voters are the only ones that can perform the surgery. Put your gloves and mask on now. Once we have removed the cancer, then we can set about to force strict term limits and campaign finance reform on Congress and return to the democracy the FoundingREPORT COMMENTS
