Is this Act for real ? If so how do I connect to the groups that are moving it forward. Where is the voice and the action that is making this happen? This is the most logical and fair idea and needs to be implemented immediate. I believe this will clearly help our Congressman & women connect to the needs of the people who they are suppose to be representing and it will limit the power of sprecial interest and thier own personal gain. The American People want the same privileges a d benefits that Congress has. We can not have them then Congress should have the same limitions they impose on the American People.
