Please pass legislation to make this a law. Just compare if you can these two women. Jaycee Dugard was kidnapped at the age of 11 by a monster and his wife. She was raped and tortured for 18 years. She had 2 children by her abductor in a shack behind his home where he held her prisoner. Jaycee Dugard loves and protects her daughters in spite of what their father did to her. Casey Anthony is a monster who never reported her child missing for 31 days. Caylee Anthony deserves justice for what her mother did.REPORT COMMENTS

IF a parent or guardian is ever to not report their child missing within 24 hours, yes they definitely should be held accountable for that, regardless of what the outcome is. It is very unfortunate (tragic) that this had to happen for this law to be addresses. Nevertheless this is a good law to help possibly find a child at an earlier stage and to prosecute a parent (or guardian) for not reporting it.REPORT COMMENTS
