My fiance is incarcerated in Texas we have been together a, year and I want to marry him and spend the rest of my life with him. And since we r not married he can not come home to me. Which makes it even harder for us to be together. I live in Missouri and they allow ceremonial weddings inside the PRISON what makes Texas so different than any other state. They make there money off of these inmates by slaving them in the fields to harvest for them they have every right to be treated like human. They have made mistakes in there lives who hasn't but you want to take every one of there rights away.

My boyfriend was just incarsarated. We found out shortly before his incarsaration that I was with child and had planned on getting married. Now that he's in there we would still like to become husband and wife. I understand the worry of fraud, but if they know that both parties want to be in the marriage, I don't see the problem. Give the inmates this right back.
