Dear President Obama
For decades now the pleas of millions of American citizens for the President and Congress to enforce existing Immigration laws, secure our borders, shut off the illegal alien job magnet, and stop sanctuary city policy have fallen on deaf ears. The "Willful Neglect" of our elected officials to take the necessary action to stop illegal immigration has resulted in a state of lawlessness which threatens the Safety and Security of our Citizens and Nation. Are the victims of illegal alien crime "Just Collateral Damage" in the quest for cheap labor and votes?
The Preamble to the Constitution
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America
There can never be justice or domestic tranquility for American citizens as long as our Borders are not secure and our Laws are not enforced.
President Obama, before taking office you were required to take this oath: "I do solemnly swear ( or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
President Obama, Article 11, Section 3 of the Constitution that you swore to uphold requires you, President Obama to "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed".
President Obama, it is your willful neglect to enforce current illegal immigration enforcement laws that has caused the victimization of thousands of Americans at the hands of illegal aliens.
President Obama, it is your willful neglect to secure our borders that jeopardizes the safety and security of every American citizen.

Congressional Leadership: You have failed the American people who elected you to office. You have violated your oath of office. You bear full responsibility for every murder and crime committed by illegal aliens because of your willful neglect to do the following:
Congressional Leadership, it is your willful neglect to hold the President responsible for not enforcing existing immigration laws that has caused the victimization of thousands of Americans.
Congressional Leadership, it is your willful neglect to defund unlawful executive immigration orders that encourages more illegal immigration.
Congressional Leadership, it is your willful neglect to pass legislation to end magnets that draw illegal aliens into our country: Job Magnet, Birthright Citizenship Magnet, Welfare and Public Benefits Magnet, Earned Income Tax Credit Magnet, the Hope for Legalization/Amnesty Magnet.
Congressional Leadership, it is your willful neglect to enact a visa entry/exit program to ensure foreign guests return home when their visa expires.
Congressional Leadership, it is your willful neglect to pass legislation to build a wall at our southern border and allocate funds to secure the border
Congressional Leadership, it is your willful neglect to pass legislation to end Sanctuary City policy in over 300 jurisdictions.
