Clarify the First Amendment
Enable laws to proscibe false & inimical religions.
Whereas the founders, in drafting the first amendment, neglected to define religion, relying on their common conception and
Whereas the door remains open for the protection of contrived religions and criminal or seditious enterprises disguised as religions, hiding under the penumbra of the free exercise clause, the first amendment is amended by appending:
Any institution which recruits or retains members by force, seeks to supplant this constitution with its canon law, promotes offensive warfare or was created for the personal emolument of its founder is not a religion protected under the free exercise clause and may be proscribed by law.
