As a victim of abuse caused by parental alienation, as well as my 4 year old son, i demand this be taken care of. I should not have to live like this! Attorneys amd judges are manipulating the system to win cases amd our children are paying for it! Between emails and phone calls, i have over 100 contacts that ive begged and pleaded to help me and my son. I was ignored and/or rejected. Im living in hell due to the Payne County Court syatem allowing my childs father to have total control over our case!! He seen my son 8 times in 3 years and the judge granted him temporary custody! I have seen my son one time since January 2nd. His father has repeatedly violated court order in which nothing has been done. Why is this being allowed!! This is abuse!! Do something! Please!

The court do not act in the best interest of the children in this matter and it’s a crime. This is one of few things in which the victim never gets justice.

My daughter recently committed suicide and parent alienation and living with a narcissistic, bipolar sociopath of a father had a lot to do with it. But, how did he gain custody of her at 16?? He would only see her 2-3 times a year, he didn't want her he was angry because I had a boyfriend. His exact words we're, "You will never see your daughter again". I didn't see her for almost 3 years. She was completely brainwashed during this time. Thank God she came to her senses. But again, HOW DID HE GET CUSTODY AND GET AWAY WITH THE JUDGE WASHING AWAY $8K - $9K, IN BACK PAY CHILD SUPPORT AND I WAS ORDERED TO PAY HIM CHILD SUPPORT!!! HE PUT ON AN ACADEMY AWARD SHOW AND THE JUDGE ATE IT ALL UP AND THEN SOME. I told my ex I wouldn't pay him 1 dime, I would go to jail first and sit there and meditate if I had to. In September 2017, I had a hearing here, San Antonio, Tx for back pay child support. I told JUDGE ERIC RODRIGUEZ THAT MY DAUGHTER CONFESSED TO BEING DEPRESSED AND ATTEMPTED SUICIDE THE YEAR BEFORE WHEN I WAS ALIENATED FROM HER. I told him my child support went directly to her. It went to a cell phone, self help books, dinners so we could talk, clothes, shoes, makeup, anything to lift her spirits. I was not allowed to speak every time I went to court except when questioned and this time was no different. judge Eric Rodriguez asked if I was guilty of only paying a certain amount, my response was, "IM GUULTY OF BEING A MOTHER", I WAS THEN THROWN IN JAIL. NOW 6 MONTHS AFTER I TOLD JUDGE ERIC RODRIGUEZ SHE WAS SUICIDAL SHE TOOK HER LIFE. NOT 1 TIME DID HE NOR THE ATTORNEY FOR THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ASK, "HOW IS THE CHILD NOW? DID SHE SEEK PSYCH HELP? CUSTODIAL PARENT WHAT HAPPEN". NOTHING AS IF HER LIFE DIDN'T MATTER. I INTEND ON FILLING A GRIEVANCE AGAINST JUDGE RODRIGUEZ AND THE ATTORNEY FOR THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR NOT DOING WHAT SHOULD BE FIRST PRIORITY, LOOKING OUT FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD. I WILL NOT STOP, I WILL NOT SHUT UP!! MY DAUGHTERS LIFE DID NOT GO IN VEIN!! I started a Foundation for her cause at my church, City Church Downtown San Antonio, Tx. It's called, Danielle's Wings after my daughter Danielle Rename Saucedo and I started a Facebook also called Danielle's wings. I am working with several Parent Alienation groups to change laws and stop Judges like Eric Rodriguez. Please support Danielle's Wings and look us up on Facebook and also on YouTube .

I LOVE my Daughter to the Moon & BACK. There are millions of children/families that have been affected by this parent/grandparent alienation which is usually at onset of high-conflict divorce and not gender specific. To remove a loving mother and WHOLE OTHER SIDE OF FAMILY from child's life is not only abuse but also a child protection issue! I was divorced when daughter just over 2 years old. I included father in all facets of her life yet he trampled my rights as a mother. My daughter has been severely brainwashed by her father. Family Court/CPS --The System did/does nothing to protect 'in the child's best interests'. In my case, her father decided he then wanted custody and didn't want to pay child support. He initiated through her middle school as father accuse me of abuse. The school says they legally have to investigate since daughter has 2-3 'cat scratches' on her arm. Obviously nothing to substantiate any charges. However, the court-ordered counseling didn't happen. The visitation time was little to none. No one was there to support mother-daughter relationship, visitation time, or mediate anything on father's pathogenic/controlling/manipulative nature. Every day I think about her and PRAY. I have had no contact for almost 11 years. We have been excluded from all of the monumental moments; 1st dance, prom, graduations, engagement, etc. We were not invited to her wedding and have never met my son-in-law, his family, or 2-years old grand daughter. I know in my heart I did EVERYTHING I could/can but had so many roadblocks. I WILL NEVER GIVE UP for the sake of my daughter or all the innocent children!!!

I see my kids 6% of the month. My ex thinks that just because i was once a drug adict that I am worthless. I am 13 yrs clean and sober. I have had a very good job for a long time and continue to get promotions. My new wife and i are full time college students and very ingulfed in the community. We are in the heat of battle as I am wrighting this. She has told my son and daughter that I hate them and have a new family. She has also manipulated them to think that I am out to hurt her by taking them away. She has no ambition or drive to do anything with her life. I am not trying to hurt her. I am trying to provide a real future to my children. All my ex wants is money. I pray for many parents and hope we as good fathers/mothers get what we need to provide for our children.

It’s going on two years since I’ve been “allowed” to see my son, Avram. His mother received her masters degree in psychology at the end of spring quarter of last year, a mere weeks before Avram and I were separated. Yet she claims in the months leading up to that day that it was I who was manipulating her! This follows a pattern of hers wherein she uses projection, gaslighting, and her nonexistent victim hood to gain a protective order prohibiting me from contacting my only child. I was always the one who tried the most to make coparenting work. I wrote a simple list of boundaries after a disagreement we had, to which she said she would follow suit. That never happened. Then, I offered to find a neutral counselor with the intention to start family counseling. However, on the day of the first appointment, she called ahead to notify the therapist that she wasn’t feeling well, but was willing to reschedule. As history tends to repeat itself, on the Of April 22, 2016 (I’m able to remember that date as it was the day after Prince died, and I was already feeling heavy with grief), she again called, this time only two hours before the appointment, to say that she wasn’t “ready”. It was precisely at this point that I knew I was losing Avram. She had already been playing games like this, as well as not communicating, willfully not acknowledging my perfectly reasonable requests to establish boundaries, using gaslighting and micro-aggressions in our now tense conversations, and employing her special brand of psychology to project me as a narcissist with a personality disorder, when in fact, it has come to light that these are her diagnoses. I do live with Major Depression Disorder and PTSD, which she also chose to ignore. To make matters worse, Avram is a special needs child who is nonverbal. We used to have intimate conversations about other parents didn’t know how good they had it to have their child tell them he/she loved them. However, Avram is a genuinely sweet and compassionate young man who has shown us time and again that he loves both us deeply. Which, in my humble opinion, is just as it should be. I’ve no desire to become a wedge between Avram and his mother. Yet, she has taken full advantage of his so-called disability, and indeed chose to use our son as a pawn. The grief I felt, and still feel, has manifested in ways that have prevented me from successfully doing battle with her in court. I threw myself into school and work to block the inevitable emotional devastation I would have to deal with someday. Even when I was supposed to speak to a judge, I wasn’t notified of the initial hearing, which was to take place the following day. Her abuse of power only seems to have emboldened her, and those close to her. I sign this with little hope, yet all the love I can muster. I love you Avram.

I haven't seen my children for 4 years. I asked for 50/50 custody and was ready willing and able. The judge gave my ex primary custody and her argument was that she was going to move 5 hours away to the DC area where my sons would have more cultural opportunities than where we currently lived (GA). So my value as a father was over ruled so my kids would have access to museums and sporting events basically. She now lives in Germany with her German husband. I haven't seen my sons since they were 6 & 8 (they are now 10 & 12 and refer to me as "Jeff").

I asked for a divorce from my husband. He manipulated our teenaged daughters and made them withhold information to make a grand escape while I was away. He now has them and does not disclose their location. They do try to see me but he always has plans for them and keeps them from me. I didn't ever plan on DIVORCING my children. But that is what he has made it all about. He even has them repeating allegations about me - that are based on the "diagnosis that he has given to/for me." No, he's not a doctor in any sense of the word...

My daughter was murdered after years of alienation. This shows the dangerous psychology of alienation. My other two daughters are being alienated right now. It is real and children are suffering. Our family courts need oversight by psychologists, social workers, and family advocates. Ultimately custody issues need resolved by psychologists, social workers, and family advocates and taken out of the hands of kangaroo court judges and biased lawyers and foolish uneducated GALs.

My ex threatened to stab herself in the stomach until her and our unborn baby were dead if I didn't stop crying. She then filed false report with the courts claiming I pushed her. And wouldn't allow me to be at my son's birth. I just realized I was penatally alienated. My son is 1 and I've only seen him a couple times. I'm now unemployed, living in my car, bankrupt, and totally withdrawn from the world. I thinks its PTSD. Either way, I have no voice and my son has no father. Please help us!

We fought for custody of my step daughter from the age of 5 to 15. we went almost 4 years with out seeing her and it was put back onto my husband who had no monies for a lawyer that it was his fault...he must not have wanted to see his daughter.... we exhausted 2 of my retirement funds and used money we had set aside for taxes and what have you to pay for attorneys and just ran out of money. Mom had allowed her to be on the internet at the age of 8 as a 35 year old female....on myspace...and we were told to not press charges when we were granted the right by the court because the attorney we had said it made us look like the better parents... Our daughter missed lots and lots of school when with mom, had head lice many many times, was failing but NYS has the no child left behind policy.... wasn't giving her medications she needed....was doctor hopping for behavioral meds and then not giving them...the child was having sex at the age of 12. Tattoos when she was 15. SEXTING.....with naked photos of herself.... the final straw was our last time in court... mom had signed her over yet again...(3 times total but NEEDED her back because she couldn't afford to live) and the child didn't want to live with us...so the court FORCED the mother to take her back... She is now 17. SMOKES> DRINKS>GETS HIGH>VAPES>........ but we were the bad fit... because our 2 children together had almost perfect attendance, are involved in multiple sports, due farm work, are in Art Club, Choir, Band, Jazz band, science fairs, both on student council.....and only in the 5th grade...and all of this is BY CHOICE.....
