The world's future is at stake and the internal combustion engine is a factory of pollution using petroleum based carbon emitting fuels. The solution is the replacement of carbon fuels with HHO fuel regardless of the energy consumption or cost to produce the HHO fuel. It is only a matter of time before the oxygen levels will be low enough to present a problem to the higher altitude areas of the world. Unless we make a change the gasoline will become obsolete due to inadequate levels of oxygen to allow it to burn not to mention the respirators we will need if oxygen levels drop three more percent. Go ahead Yawn! HHO burns clean and does not release any carbon emissions. This is an obvious solution to an even more obvious problem however according to our government if it does not make dollars it does not make sense. I understand that gasoline sales and distribution generate a lot of tax dollars for the government to account for. I also understand that you cannot charge a tax for the rain water that falls upon the earth nor can you charge a tax for the suns rays that shine with each new day or the wind that blows. Although you can prevent your average citizen from putting a watermill on the Ohio River and if you could claim the air, the sun, and the rain as property of the Government YOU WOULD. So I will save my breath and instead of asking you to agree to something smart such as this petition to make a change to better mankind, I would rather ask... Why are you so interested in power and money? You cant take it with you in the end... Imagine where this world would be today if you and J.P. Morgan would have allowed Nikola Tesla to implement his Wardenclyffe Tower concept to the world? Free Transmittance of Wireless Energy generated from FREELY FALLING WATER at Niagara Falls! Until someone invents the wireless Electric Meter I guess we will all just have to imagine. Next time you sign something like the patriot act at least read the damn thing. Worthless, that's what you are in your high seat. Yet financially I bet your far from worthless. If this country's forefathers could rise from their graves they would give their lives right back to the grave attempting to take this country back from you thieves.
