We would not even have known that the RYPQX existed had TD Ameritrade not recommended it to us. The Reserve was TD Ameritrade's "bank" for years and TDAM made money selling us the RYPQX by representing it as a Money Market fund.REPORT COMMENTS

The TD Ameritrade representative recommended RYPQX to me as a Money Market fund with a better than average return. The maintenance of the $1 share price made it look like a Money Market. I was misled by TD Ameritrade. Also, the Reserve is required to distribute all funds from RYPQX immediately.REPORT COMMENTS

It is shameful that TDAM and The Reserve have been allowed to "legally" defraud the investors in RYPQX. I was told it was a pure Money Market Fund and would never have invested in it otherwise. Why is The Reserve allowed to hold onto our money when the fund is all in cash now? Clearly the laws protect the elite criminals in our society and penalize the average hard working citizen. In fact, The Reserve really doesn't even exist anymore as the Bent's have created a new company where they are already defrauding a new set of investors, and possibly some of the same people who got duped in RYPQX since it is unclear sometimes what TDAM puts people in for their "cash" or "sweep" accounts. All I want is to rid myself of TDAM and RYPQX but clearly the laws favor the crooks, not me.REPORT COMMENTS

TD Ameritrade misled investors into believing RYPQX was as safe as cash, a Money Market fund with a better than average return. When I was 1st involved it was treated as a sweep account with immediate availability of funds, like a money market. Also the maintenance of the $1 share price made it look like a Money Market. It looks like money market, it acts like a money market, we're told its a money market. We were misled. I too have 10s of thousands of retirement savings tied up. We need to be made whole and our funds paid back. The Reserve should not be allowed to keep any money while defending themselves from those who are revealing their deceit. Bring whatever pressure to bear so that the Reserve is required to distribute all funds from RYPQX immediately. Find a way to make the investors whole that were mislead and deceived by these financial dealings.REPORT COMMENTS

RYPQX was represented to me as a choice among money market funds in an unsolicited sales call from TDAM. The TDAM advised me to place my funds which were already in a money market fund into this fund as "a no brainer" because it had a higher yield and had no additional risk. Currently, I have over $145,000.00 frozen in this fund in 14 accounts including my children's Coverdell Education Accounts.REPORT COMMENTS

TDAM presented RYPQX as a money market fund. The remaining funds should be distributed ASAP and NOT held back for RYPQX legal expenses.REPORT COMMENTS

The Reserve Yield Plus Fund is a fiasco that won't go away. Quite a number of us have had our funds tied up for 18 months now with no resolution in sight. If this is legal, than Congress needs to change the law so that the Bents can't hang on to our funds indefinitely.REPORT COMMENTS

I was directed to this "money market fund" by TD Ameritrade when a CD came due. He said this was a safe money market fund and that I could access my money the following day. Almost 2 years later, I still await the return of my money which is being eaten away by The Reserve's fees, expenses, etc. I have sent letters to Barney Frank, and Chris Dodd and received no response. I hope someone listens, and fixes this problem real soon.REPORT COMMENTS
