TDAM promoted RYPQX to me as a fund that banks invested overnight funds into with a constant $1 per share value. I was ssured that the only change in value could be the size of the monthly dividend. -

I am not a rich person and was directed by TD Ameritrade to put money into this stating it was as safe. I am now at a point where I need the remainder of the funds and I am being told I may never get them. Why do the stake holders in this so called fund have to pay for the attorney fees to protect the people that basically have stole from me. What happened to my bailout???REPORT COMMENTS

TDAM agent recommended this fund highly as a money market. Since the fund collapsed,RYPQX management has held remainder funds for some 2 years, stating it is to cover lawsuits against the fund/ themselves. Using shareholders money to cover manager's legal fees sounds like it should be illegal. We want to be made whole now.REPORT COMMENTS

We had a large sum of money to keep SAFE and were told the Reserve was a money market fund. On Sept. 9, 2008, our broker called us said he had reason to SELL and did we want to? I said a resounding "yes", but he said later that it was too late. We still have $36,000.00 in TDAM. We were told it was insured. We never get any answers. We feel duped! Please help us---they bailed everyone else out. You never hear about this.REPORT COMMENTS

TD Ameritrade committed fraud and got away with a slap on the wrist. Do you know that they sold all of my RYPQX shares at about 63 cents and buy the shares back at 1.00 dollars so now all RYPQX shares owners lost about 37 percent of the total shares. We are owners, our own creditors, shares holders. Then who authorized TD Ameritrade to sell our shares without our permission ?REPORT COMMENTS

I was in the APEX level at TD Ameritrade and assigned an account executive. I and asked him for a no risk investment that paid interest. We had an established investment client relationship. He advised me to purcase RYPQX because it was a fund that "acts like a money market" and would be a good choice. This was my nest egg that I told him I wanted to keep safe. He did not disclose that it was a mutal fund. I do not buy mutal funds and he knew that at the time of purchase. TD Ameritrade and the Reserve should be forced to pay back the full amount plus interest to its investors.REPORT COMMENTS

Can't get remaining funds over six figures and RYPQX reduced over 30%. Advice on proceeding for a possible re coupe? Who is responsible for this advised safe haven on our monies? This is ludicrous and obviously a sham.REPORT COMMENTS

Now TD Ameritrade just sent me the letter that tells me my RYPQX shares have been reduced by more than 30% due to the adjustment in price making it worth from 0.6x to 1.00 so they can determine the loss (or gain ?). What the SEC did was settled it for 1% penalty on TDAM who willfully advised its clients that this is not a mutual fund. What a scam.REPORT COMMENTS

I invested in RYPQX because I was told it was a mutual fund investing in high yield Money Market funds by a TDAmeritrade/ TDWaterhouse advisor! I would never had invested in Leeman Brothers!. I had 10+ years of good service from them and good returnds on my cash/money market funds. I let them hold my stock but dividends from the stock are not left in any of their current cash/money funds. I was told by another adivisor that they would cover my loses with their funds about a year ago. Now I might even have to pay taxes on any funds if I receive any. TDAmerittrade needs to FIX THIS. We were led to believe RYPQX was a money market fund for years until Lehman crisis. We pulled money out of the market for safety and put it in RYPQX in March 2008 and then were not able to touch our fund. This has been very stressful for 2years 5 months. We need your assistance.REPORT COMMENTS
