I was unaware when i went into a relationship, WITH A CHILD from a previous relationship, and he was NOT obligated to tell me??? We had 3 beautiful girls before I came across the fact that he was convicted of molesting his 13 year old step daughter, ordered never to contact his ex wife, her children, or grandchildren. I stayed, leaving as soon as I could. Now he has money and I dont and he is trying to take custody of them. He is refusing the evaluations by the GAL and the NH Court continues to give him unsupervised visitation!! Its like a bad lifetime movie. My oldest is showing definite signs of abuse and my girls still stay there overnight, they see him naked and " he doesnt mind if he sees their vaginas" coming from my four year old. WHAT!!! Change this, please, most children dont report it till their twenties. Save my children years of possible abuse!! -

Our children have no voice and they are innocent.Once the abuse has occurred they are no longer a child .They leave the mind they had and hide in another reality where the event didn't happen to them. I know this to be a fact , We must protect our children if we do not no one will.REPORT COMMENTS

Its no wonder our children are so traumatized these days. just look at all of the signatures and stories on this petition. All saying basically the same thing. That the system has failed so many children. Mothers/Fathers are trying to protect their children from sex offenders while the system is enabling them. Where does it end? When does it end? start castrating and punishing these sick people and we wont have to spend thousands of dollars in attorney fees and court costs. missing hours and hours of work to fight a corrupt system.REPORT COMMENTS

Judge has just granted my child's father whom has just been indicated for sexual abuse against my child and my child has been disclosing his abuse for a year and finally told cps.... He now just got supervised visitation. What am I supposed to tell my three year old when I have to bring him there to see his perpetrator whom he wants nothing to do with and is completely terrified of? All because they think I'm sick enough to poison my child's mind.... Believing the accusations of the abuser. I have lost my right to protect my son as well. I am also about to loose the trust of my son and he will now blame me for making him go there to see him. The system needs to change and help protect these innocent children!!!!REPORT COMMENTS
