I had no idea that this can /could actually happen. It makes no sense. . but I guess that is the way most of the laws are now days anyway. I just cannot imagine how or why or what the lawmakers of judge was thinking when he would give child custody rights to someone that is a registered sex offender. Kinda like a bull in a china shop. . .and accident waiting to happen. IF I COULD I would make this law appear as it should be. . .and enforce it to the "nth" degree. It just makes no sense . . and if someone has little funds . . and no real power or influence. . there is not a lot they can do. We as a nation and country are in SERIOUS trouble in lots of ways. . .and about all any one person can do is TRY. . .Keep a positive attitude and first and foremost . .continue to and believe in the power of prayer .REPORT COMMENTS

as a child i my innocence was taken at a very early age, i do not believe that sex offenders belong anywhere near a school, daycare or any other place where children may be at, dont take a risk that, that offender wants to go in and do harm to a child, their innocence is far more important then some realize, for all of us out there that went through this, show some support and make it mandatory they cant be around kids period!!REPORT COMMENTS

We all need to pray..and to courts of all leavel..SHAME ON YOU! How you feel if it was your child, grandchild etc..God have mercy on each of you. A child does not ask for this to happen to them. When this act is done to a special Gift from God, it changes that childs life OF EVER..like it was said in the above statment..It kills the soul of each child. Everyone who is reading this. PLEASE!
