THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE SYNCOPE EPILEPTIC SEIZURES ARE BORN WITH IT DO TO TRAUMA TO THE HEAD DURING THE PREGNANCY OTHERS LIKE MINE ARE CAUSED BY TRAUMA DONE AFTER THE A CHILD IS BORN. IT CAN TAKE MANY YEARS FOR SOMEONE TO BE DIAGNOSED BECAUSE OF HOW RARE IT IS. SYNCOPE CAN BE MISDIAGNOSED FOR MANY TYPES OF EPILEPSY. SYNCOPE EPILEPTIC SEIZURES IS THE MOST RAREST FORM OF SEIZURES ONLY ABOUT 3% OF THE WORLD HAS SYNCOPE EPILEPTIC SEIZURES. I AM PART OF THAT 3% AND BELIVE ME I HAVE TRIED ALL OF THE MEDICATIONS OUT THERE NONE OF THEM HAVE WORKED FOR ME. I WOULD HAVE AND LEAST FIVE SEIZURES A NIGHT IN MY SLEEP AND TWO OR THREE DURING THE DAY. WITH EACH PASSING DAY WE NOTICE THAT I WAS HAVING MORE AND MORE SEIZURES. NOTHING WAS WORKING SO MY BEST GUY FRIEND TOLD ME TO TRY TO USE MARIJUANA. AT FIRST I WAS HESITANT BECAUSE THE IN THE STATE OF MISSOURI MARIJUANA IS STILL ILLEGAL BUT MY SEIZURES WERE GETTING TO THE POINT WHERE THEY WERE MAKING ME NOT MYSELF I WAS ALWAYS DIZZY I COULDN?T GO TO THE FAIR OR TO THE MOVIES I COULDN?T EVEN DRIVE BECAUSE OF THE FEAR OF HAVING A SEIZURE SO I TRIED THE MARIJUANA ABOUT THREE DAYS AFTER I WAS ASKED IF I WANTED TO. SINCE THAT DAY I SMOKE EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR THE PAST YEAR AND THROUGHOUT THIS ENTIRE YEAR I HAVE ONLY HAD ABOUT THREE SEIZURES. MARIJUANA HAS BEEN PROVEN TO TO HELP CONTROL DISORDERS AND DISEASES BUT ITS HAS ALSO BEEN PROVEN TO CURE MANY MORE DISORDERS AND DISEASES THEN ANYONE CAN EVEN BEGIN TO FATHOM.REPORT COMMENTS

I don't want to feel like a criminal just because I feel good when I'm on marijuana. It's the only drug that works for me and it's natural, not full of chemicals that the pharmaceutical companies use. Please decriminalize it and at least make it medicinally legal. Lots of revenue for each state once it is taxed. Alcohol and opiods are legal and they are no good. The people are fed up about this issue.REPORT COMMENTS

I support this change but the study quoted is wrong and the U.S. needs to realize that. Marijuana is not addictive, there are many strains causing wildly different effects. Some barely have an effect but stabilize mood and others completely alter the ability to function because so tired or strung out.
