The BIG problem with BIG White Collar Crime is the difficulty with building a case and putting bad actors behind real bars for hard time even when their bad actions have caused widespread suffering, damage, and loss reaching into the millions in terms of victims and costs. Compared to the plea bargained time served by someone who stole or tried to steal a pack of cigarettes or who murdered only a couple of minding their own business folks. We're all, at least most of us, minding our own business. And we're all being stalked and prayed upon all the time by folks using algorithms to track our every digital click, using robocalls to catch the old and impaired at their weakest moments, talking us into bad deals, putting 80,000 commercial chemicals into our human habitats 24/7/365 (many ending up in our bodies and even in placental blood and breast milk including neurotoxins), etc. An endless and ever increasing list of poisonings, destruction, ruined lives, chronic and debilitating health problems -- endless. Because of their talents, connections, and money, THESE criminals have so much to offer in terms of public benefit. How can we lock up some of our brightest and best? On the other hand, how can we let them of lightly for the damage they've done to us, to future generations, not just locally but sometimes even globally, acquiring riches that others seek by following their examples.Nov 21st, 2015Someone from Greenfield Center, NY signed.

Do MORE to stop BANKSTERS...not LESS...I WANT TO SEE A BANK CEO DO A PERP WALK BY 2017 (before the Federal Statute of Limitations runs out...)! Criminal Banks are run by CRIMINALS committing CRIMES! If you accept a HUGE BONUS for running a company, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPANY'S ILLEGAL ACTIONS...PERIOD!REPORT COMMENTS
