From the outset, I want to thank the people/person who started this petition to our congress because the American people deserve to know the truth about what was really was going on inside the Bush adminstration and how decisions were made, with respect to our foreign policy. Moreover, there is no discussion about the major catalyst, which is the September 11th attacks on America, that changed the ways of the Bush adminstration's policies, geared towards wars of aggression. 9/11 is my generations biggest mystery or conspiracy theory, if you will, like the kennedy assasination in the 60's. In fact, kennedy assassination is still a mystery to the American society. In short, Lets not wait 50 plus years to find out what really happened on that fateful September morning.Nov 25th, 2012Someone from Medford, OR signed.

You failed to identify the crimes against the American people for Bush and Cheney's complicity in the September 11, 2001 Aerial Attacks on the United States. There is no way, the Saudi nationals could have flown the airliners into the targets. The Pentagon strike was not by an aircraft but a drone. Cheney's command, approved by Bush, of a national air defense exercise was un-Constitutional. I can not count the number of violations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Rules of Flight that by adherence, the flights could not have succeeded. The Chairman of the Joints Chiefs of Staff was out of country. Moreover, the utilization of drones by Israel and the United States, for example, to illegally penetrate another country's air space is a violation of ICAO poloicies and regulations. If Bush and his cronies are not prosecuted for the crimes they committed then we do not live under the rule of law, thus rendering our Constitution worthless.REPORT COMMENTS

Since the US did not impeach George W. Bush for dereliction of duty in regards to the warnings about Al Qaeda prior to 9/11/01, this crime is compounded by his invading a country he knew was not involved in the 9/11 event.REPORT COMMENTS

The Iraq invasion and occupation led to the deaths of many innocent Iraqi citizens as well as Americans. Mr. Bush must be accountable for this unnecessary and costly war and for the death and destruction it caused.REPORT COMMENTS

"No one is above the law" just like President Barack Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder have repeatedly stated - and our President and Congress should be directing the Attorney General to issue the murder indictment of George W. Bush and prosecuting for these crimes to the fullest extent of law.REPORT COMMENTS
