It is the perfect form of Abuse for an Abuser and Exploiter = take a child away from a loving mother or even just threaten to take the child away.When a mother wants to escape from an Abusive relationship, and she leaves, she then has to spend all her time and energy fighting off the Abuser's Family Court Lawsuit and work to manipulate the judge and convince him/her of his lies (completely unchecked and unsubstantiated but believed anyway by judges who have no requirement to practice Due Diligence when making their Decisions - especially having the POWER to "decide" who gets custody of the child. They make these decisions based NOT ON FACT and substantiated EVIDENCE but on their own "Opinion" and that is subject to their Biases, Belief Systems, preconceptions, etc. NOT ON EVIDENCE. What it turns out to be is the judge's own personal preference of one party over the other and they don't even have to EXPLAIN it or ADMIT it. Then, to make matters even worse, they are NOT held ACCOUNTABLE when a child is KILLED by an abuser or maimed or psychologically destroyed or neglected or used as a pawn to coerce and exploit to his advantage. In the Family Court, Sociopaths and Psychopaths "conveniently" don't exist = they are ALL just LOVING FATHERS. A woman who tries to escape the Abuse and Torture she has been through, is now subjected to Losing her Child to the Abuser and the Family Court is his ENABLER. Our own institutions are aiding and abeting the Abusers - they are the tool / the arm that is Fulfilling this and ENFORCING the Abuse of children. Why hasn't the public yet woken up and realized that their institutions are causing the damage and horrific exponential abuse to innocent victims especially women and children in the United States of America on behalf of the American government? People need to gather together and take back their power and their rights that are being co-opted and denied them. People also need to realize that this problem is not simply a single judge who is corrupt and/or biased but an entire systemwide problem across the country that CREATES and ENABLES the abuse of children.REPORT COMMENTS
