Never knowing if the child is ill or has any health issues anything to harm the child from being a productive citizen one day is determental to the child is unacceptable. The 1997 amendments to title 4D and 4E did exactly what they were intended to do except for one major oversight. Remember, it's based on performance. The more non-custodial parents made, the more money made. The more foster children made, the more money made. Any individual can justify corruption because they have their own family to take care of, and of course it's not their fault, it's your fault. Who are you? The government? Who is responsible for this destruction? Who is taking billions of dollars out of Americans Social Security to destroy thousands and thousands of families? Whoever is reading this, I am telling you it has to end immediately. The last 20 years has destroyed an almost a countless number of lives. This generation now has 0 confidence in you. Do not just wait until our estranged children come of age. Mark Stone of Florence Oregon has alienated me from my daughter Willoughby since 2010. Having lived this nightmare of Parental alienation the last 8 yrs, I can tell you that it *IS* a form of Domestic Violence and abuse that affects the child as well as the parent who is kept from participating in their child's life. My heartbreak is unending. Returning to court is costly- Its literally bankrupted my family with over $100k having been spent in Lane Co Oregon, no judge will uphold the court order as written and all 7 judges who have handled the case have failed to protect my daughter from further alienation. Our family has been destroyed by parental alienation and for my daughter and countless other families enduring the same heart ache and abuse, I am asking and praying for the effective and immediate change we need to end this nightmare and make this a crime punishable by law.REPORT COMMENTS

It's been over a year now without any contact with my youngest son, I have Faith that he too will come back like my daughter, but not without battle wounds from the ex and his wife. I have lived a living death, and whatever I have left is filled with birthdays and holidays filled with heartache.
