My son John Hatton 14642-033 is currently serving a stacked 924c gun charge in Federal Prison for 40 years on first time charges. He has 4 children who have also lost their mother to a car accident. Tell me how this sentence is right for a first time offender who has never harmed ANYone in any way shape or form. Even killers get less time. Please help!REPORT COMMENTS
