It's unfortunate that Dem and Republicans can't begin to agree as to where to make cuts and many of the poor and middle class have to suffer because of it. Being a hard working citizen is not paying off when you the people we voted to make decisions feel like a game of "chicken" (waiting for the other side to cave or save money by default - sequestration) is the best way to go about it.

The sad game of life ~ I challenge all members of Congress to play this game. Since you "work for the people" its about time you learn "how 14 million people live each day and face the impact of budget cuts you feel important.

Perhaps this will get members of Congress to get back in touch to the plight of many Americans, to develop some empathy and show true Christian compassion.

Can't we find some way for Americans to cover health care costs WITHOUT having to work for a big corp. for the insurance? Health care alone puts many small businesses at risk.

The only way I win is to forgo healthcare, and that's a choice no Congressperson has to make.

I grew up in an exceptionally low-income household. Through extreme perseverance and hard work I've managed to make it out. You should know what your constituents must deal with on a regular basis.

Can we challenge the 1%, including the owners of Walmart, to play it too? We want them to put themselves in the shoes of 14M Americans!
