In 2008, Republicans vowed to make President Obama a one-term President, before he was even sworn into office. They deliberately obstructed every effort he made to improve the economy and promote job growth, then blamed him for it. Their actions hurt the people of this country, not the President.
The people re-elected President Obama in 2012, showing Republicans that they cannot buy or dictate who the people vote for, or want in the White House. Their vote also sent a strong message of their disgust with the Republican agenda, to cut or eliminate Social Security and Medicare benefits, that the people paid for out of every paycheck throughout their work history, in addition to other areas that target the poor and middle class, while protecting the wealthy with tax credits and loopholes.
After the 2012 election, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, said: "The voters have not endorsed the failures or excesses of the President’s first term, they have simply given him more time to finish the job they asked him to do together with a Congress that restored balance to Washington. Now it’s time for the President to propose solutions that actually have a chance of passing the Republican-controlled House of Representatives and a closely-divided Senate, step up to the plate on the challenges of the moment, and deliver in a way that he did not in his first four years in office."
We have a message for Senator McConnell and the rest of the GOP: Republicans have not restored balance in our government. President Obama clearly demonstrated his willingness to work in a bi-partisan manner with Governor Chris Christie, after Hurricane Sandy. YOU are the problem, and YOU and the GOP must work in a bi-partisan manner, "step up to the plate", and work with the President in a reasonable manner to improve the economy and job growth, without hurting the poor, the middle class, and Senior Citizens.
I am signing this petition to inform my elected officials that any actions of obstructionism, and/or filibusters, by the Republican party will no longer be tolerated, under ANY circumstances. If they continue to act with a "my way or the highway" agenda, I will vote against every Republican on the ballot in 2014, and all future elections, until they are permanently removed from office. The people have had enough of their pandering to the wealthy, at the expense of the country and everyone else!

I never fail to vote and I promise to vote against every Republican on the ballot in 2014 and thereafter.
The Republicans stated in 2008 stated their strategy would be to make President Obama fail and a one term President. That statement itself shows how horrible the Republicans are not to care about the people in our country. We voted our President in for the second term. President Obama is a great President and wonderful human being. He actually does care about the families and children of America. The Republicans did not stop even though we didn't vote Republicans in the second term. The Republicans have continued hurting all of the people in America except the wealthy. The Republicans have fought back only for the Wealthy people and not wanting to tax them. The Republicans also treat their Special Interest Groups. The Republicans have completely ignored anything good for the American families. How is it that there are any Republicans in Office. I would think their conduct keeping American families suffering and living under the poverty level. The Republicans feel nothing about that. These people do not belong in the White House anymore and there should be legal action that can be done to these horrible people. In September of 2011 President Obama submitted the American Jobs Act and as with all that President Obama has submitted, the Republicans blocked it as well. The conduct of Republicans are absolutely shameful and they do not act like Leaders in our country. The last five years families have suffered. Children have suffered and the Republicans have continued trying to make our President Obama fail. This conduct should be deemed illegal and the Republicans should be taken out of their Positions until they stop their Racist conduct. President Obama has been our first African American President but he has been our best President. He has a compassionate and caring heart. He can be related to and he truely wants the best for every person in this country. Republicans should not be legally allowed to wipe our country out so badly. Keep families unemployed and on top of that Republicans came up with a Sequester that hurt Americans even worse. They cut programs all for children. They cut Bio medical research to find cures for all of the children in wheelchairs with Muscular Dystrophy, trapped in their own bodies with Cerebral Palsy and Autism. Cancer can not be delayed to find the cure. Some positive has come out of that. The Republicans are blocking the chance for getting well. Children and adults do not have the time for the Republican corruption just because they are unethical with Rich people and Special Interest Groups. It is sickening and I hope they are never voted in again because they deserve it for hurting so many people that aren't rich
Republicans have been blocking any proposal President Obama has given. Republicans instead sit on it. They stated in 2008 that the Republican Party would do everything to make President Obama fail. We voted for our President and not Republicans. Yet Republicans continue to do the same. They are still acting the same way. Republicans are the reason so much suffering continues of the people in our country. Republicans have hurt children and fought against any help to children. Republicans block President Obama Americans Jobs Act of September 2011 that would have created millions of jobs. Now the Sequester plus blocking everything. The Republicans are Racists and their conduct proves they should not be in positions they are. To make American's suffer because they don't like our President should be illegal. The Republican's actions for over four years should be illegal because of the horrible conduct the Republicans have done.
