One flight per Session

We, middle-class taxpayers, are requesting that members of congress be given a flight allowance of one round trip flight per congressional session paid for at the lowest available rate. Addtionally members of congress should reimburse the American taxpayer for each flight taken on Military or government aircraft. The following rule would not apply to the office of the president as he/she is commander-in-chief of the American armed forces.
