Reopen ATV trails

As an ATV owner I am upset by the trail closures. All over alleged endangered species of plants found near these trails. As stated previously those trails are supposed to be maintained with ATV, UTV & OHV Registration fees. Most if not all those trails have been around for decades. Maybe even since the pioneer era.
